Positioning

Boundaries require no justification or explanation.

When unpacking your social conditioning, life experiences, trauma etc hits closer to home than you anticipate.... what do you do?

What do you do when....Friends. Relatives. Partners. Loved ones, randoms on the street who have the best of intentions (or not) are problematic af and cross your boundaries and dishonor your humanity, even if they don’t mean to???

Have you ever noticed the ways that you make yourself smaller or silence yourself because of perfectionism and people pleasing? Or on how establishing, stating or holding your boundaries make so many folks uncomfortable, maybe even yourself ?

Do you find that when you articulate or define what seems to be a perfectly clear boundary or limit for your own mental, emotional, physical safety or simply because it's what you needed, that you get push back and then you back track or simply don’t know what to do next?

Do you even know what your boundaries are? What peace is to you?

Maybe you do but your desire is to feel grounded and peaceful when you assert a boundary, feel solid and confident, feel worthy to even have a boundary?

Perhaps you want to release any guilt that you feel when you prioritize yourself, your needs, your desire and your safety!

Well, if you said yes to any of these then I'm here to tell you that you're not alone! Le Sigh...yes, I go through it too!! The only difference is that I’ve done tons of work around my boundaries: the healing, the mindset shifts and the tool building (and it still requires mindfulness and effort).

You should, however, understand your needs and where they come from!

More importantly, we should all aim to be able to name our needs for ourselves, communicate them with others, and stay grounded in the midst of it all.

Protect Your Peace is an intensive geared towards unpacking, healing and tool building so that you can establish and hold boundaries as a pathway to joy and liberation! Let people be uncomfortable or displeased with you for protecting your peace! Is it easy? Um, yeah, nope! If it were
I wouldn't teach a whole intensive on it.

But baayyybbee I promise you it's worth it.
Protecting your peace and radical self love should always be the priority.
